Garrett - the construction manager was great to work with and truly made the experience super easy. I want Garrett to build my next beazer home. John B. made the purchasing process super easy, enjoyable, and super clear. Would like to buy my next Beazer home from John. Paul from Wells Fargo should be the main recommended lender. Paul is clear cut and easy to work with. I will work with him to refinance down the road when the rates come down. Overall, excellent experience.
