This is one of the smoothest purchases I have ever done on a home. It was way easier than I anticipated. I appreciated the additional help for the incentive to help us get in the home at a reasonable interest rate. They paid for our closing cost, all the appliances and blinds, which was a great perk! In the future, one improvement, which would be highly appreciated, would be if they could use anything other than flat paint on the majority of the home because it picks up any type of handprints or anything. Other than that, it has been a wonderful process. They have been very helpful. When things weren't right, they sent someone out right away to get it fixed. It has been a very pleasant experience overall.
