I would just like to state that August was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the house, the community and the builders history. Loved the transparency and professionalism August upheld! He made me feel like I was in the right community for me and my son, very outstanding and outgoing gentleman! I checked out quite a few communities and felt him outperforming everyone based on body language, behavior, tone, respect and knowledge! Very big thank you to August!
